i dont knwo what it is but everytime i go shopping with my mum i get panicked. i gear meself up and think i knwo what am going up town for. but the moment i step in a shop i panick. hyperventilate and go dead moody and snappy. today i had a panic attack. mum says "im down on myself" and i "shouldnt be because im beautiful" < two words for that BULL SHIT!
