Let's talk numbers.

Your average .. let's just go with a 2000 Cadillac. Gets 28-30 Miles per gallon on the highway.

Your average smart car gets 35 miles to the gallon on the highway.

The cadillac, in an accident has much larger crumple zones, effectively slowing down the accident on your body, where as the Smart, has a few inches, and BOOM. Which would you consider buying if both were the same price? Mind you, you are shopping for convenience, safety, features, and peace of mind.
Let's let the people of LW decide.

You're joking right? So you'd rather choose something over how it looks, versus being safe within an accident? LOLOLOL This is why everyone hates america.

Big one, I love my trucks, or, in this case, larger cars.

The smart, because those have EXCELLENT safety cages. Only thing you have to worry about in those is rolling after the crash.

The ForTwo. Because if it can survive on the Kenai Peninsula, it must be good. Another solid reason is that, that Cadillac is fucking front wheel drive. Just. Go away.

BTW Front wheel drive makes for a bigger floor area, which in turn gives you more space inside the car which is always nice. BTW, It's easier for regular drivers to drive in the snow (though they roughed it with rwd for the first 80 yrs of the 1900's before fwd was widely used..

if you're telling me to go away, why don't you do us all the favor. you told us you'd never come back and here you are, being a cock to everyone for no reason.

2, becuase that little smart engine would blow with a few years of highway driving, its tight ass gears would be all reved out on your local freeway.

Were as the V8 in the caddy would have enough torque to just run on the engine without barely any throttle on a highway.

Oh there is reason. You defending FWD like you are just makes you sound like some sort of loser.

Oh yes. I know about the bigger floor thing. One of Ford's selling points for the famous Tempo if I remember right.

I like how you are talking about snow as if I've never seen it before. Hint: I live in Alaska.
