eating chocolate or greasy foods wont make your face break out, i asked my dermatologist when i went.
just keep your face clean, and try Benzaclin. I had acne, really bad and i got that, cleared up.

sleep, sleep is good. And lack of stress, i.e. you shouldn't worry about dieing. If you are a guy, shave more often (like once a day, or every other day), and use aftershave.
