I always end up hurting those that I love. I don't do it intentionally. I can't seem to stop myself. It makes me feel like a horrible person and like I don't deserve to have friends. I'm scared of getting or staying close to anyone in fear of hurting them. I say things that I don't mean. I'm so sick of this and I feel like I don't even deserve to live. I feel like everyone would be better off without me. How do I make it stop?
