i just tried to sell something and it told me that i have to PAY in order to sell an item. What the fuck? Does amazon do this too?
The basic fees for most listings work this way:

When you list an item for sale, you're charged an Insertion Fee. *
If the item sells, you are also charged a Final Value Fee.

Yes. You have to pay. Its not the end of the world. And amazon charges you by taking some of the profit and leaving you to pay for the shipping.
