Doesn't matter if they're actually terrorists by definition or not. Most of them are though. Either way they are still enemy soldiers who oppose us with force and therefore must be neutralized.

In fact i wouldn't be surprised if the enemy soldiers in this video and the other video you posted are dead already. We will kill them all- every single "Mujahideen" or "Iraqi Resistance Member" or whatever.

Their only chance is to lay down their arms and surrender and we are so generous that we will give them a second chance to live if they surrender.
