I was laying on my bed watching one of those cash4gold commercials and I scratched my leg and I hit this nerve that makes the muscles in my leg jerk. I was scratching about halfway down from the knee. I don't know why I never noticed it before probably because I never been so skinny/malnourished lately in my life so the nerve is being rubbed hard against the bone since I don't got much meat on between the bone/skin.
