There's this guy who I kinda like who goes to me school, we met at my friend's house cuz she knows him. Anyway, we havn't talked since school started, I never saw him around, and I was on a bus and he was there only i hadn't seen him in a while and wasn't sure it was him. he held the door for me as i left the bus and everything only it was ackward cuz i wasn't sure who he was so i ignored him. then i realized once i walked away. Do you think his feelings were hurt?

Yeah, this would be best. Tell him it felt awkward saying something to him, cause you didn't know who he was. Not cause you forgot, but because you didn't recognize him.
