For me, it's bands like Radiohead or something like that; atmospheric music. It makes me think a lot, and that helps me concentrate on what I'm doing.

My instructor told our class that research has been done on Reggae, and they've found that the tempo is helpful when you're trying to concentrate or something ...

But Idk if this is true or not

Music is playing in my life constantly. At home it's on 24-7, I hear it at work, and when I'm in between, in the car or on my iPod. It's just a background noise to me most of the time.

I always say too much when I'm talking to you — that's one of the problems.
