ive posted similar topics on this before, but this is a bit different.
i work at mcdonalds, it was kinda handed to me in a way so i was grateful (i had been job hunting for almost a year after losing my other job).
i got the job over the summer, and everything was ok i guess. but they werent showing me anything really.
like they kinda expected me to know everything, and when id ask about it they'd get all mad at me.
ive met a lot of asshole people in my life, but this one shift manager there takes the cake.
shes constantly on my case about EVERYTHING.
she yells at me for "standing around" so i have to pretend to do something when there isnt anything to do (whiping the counter off over and over again when she's in sight) otherwise i'll never hear the end of it.
and yesturday they got some new burger in, and they were all up in a rut about it and taking it out on the crew members. i was only there for 4 hours, and at the end of my shift i checked for the schedule and it wasnt up yet (go figure.). so i figure i'll just call tommorow.
well i called and i got hell over the phone.
the shift supervisor who has some kind of grudge against me for some reason yelled because i should of gotten it yesturday while i was there rather than calling. meanwhile the damn thing wasnt up when i was there.
the thing is i dont appriciate being yelled at like that. afterall what right do they have to treat ME and other employees like animals?
i really want to say something but im afraid it will cost me my job (i wouldnt care about getting fired if it wasnt for my mom).
and i know im going to be involved in some activities for school, and i know their going to have some dick thing to say about that if i ask for a certain day off.
but if i did say something to this bitch what could i say to maybe make her keep her fucking yap shut while im there?
afterall all she is is a loser who can't get a better job because she didnt attend college so what makes her any better? 
sorry just a little pissed off.

What I would suggest is to look for jobs in your spare time, and when you find one that you are guaranteed to have, quit McDonalds, and tell the shift manager exactly how you feel.
