When I sleep, I roll around A LOT, so usually when I wake up from sleep when I've been wearing a shirt, my shirt is twisted around me, and it's very annoying to un-twist.
I don't usually wear a shirt to bed. Sometimes I do if it's cold out, or if I'm too tired to care.
