Well, we didn't get porn here. Someone linked to a profile of one of your moderators and there was a huge porn picture. It was shocking, really. We like to give people chances here. Some of our best moderators originally joined to troll or spam. Then the site grew on them and they changed. Became support leaders and very active community members. Then became moderators and do excellent work for the team. People can change if you give them a chance instead of banning at the first sign of trouble. That's how we see it anyways. I'd rather not name names of your members. If we aren't punishing our members, it's hypocritical of me to help you punish people there.
