i feel horrible. i can't stop crying. all i want to do is harm myself. i know i will, and it's going to be severe. and it's to the point where i know i should call 911, or at least a helpline, but i can't bring myself to pick up the phone.
I take that back. Just break pencils. Get that emotion out. Find sticks and break them!
