I disagree that its bad. Its not good either. Its neutral. I see it as a tool. A chainsaw can do massive damage but when used properly, there are many benefits.

To weed? Relaxation. Stoners tend to be more openminded and nicer than others. I used it for self therapy and got rid of my depression. Worked better than those crackpots you have to pay an arm and a leg per hour to listen to you bitch. THC is also a known anti-carcinogen, which counterbalances the cancerous chemicals in smoke. Which may explain why it hasnt been linked to cancer, and may even slow or stop it. Its also a very good pain reliever. Got a headache? Smoke a bowl.
   Also, when I mentioned 'self therapy', this explains the process

  i honestly dont believe it is a stress reliever.    

  and the cancer thing.. pot makes people hungry.. cancer patients lose their appitite. pot+loss of appetite=some appetite.. but there are better ways to get somebody to eat. I highly doubt it prevents/slows cancer.

 Anyway, yeah, i dont know.. i dont think it has any benefits to cancer. my dad smoked pot and he died of cancer. so i dont buy that crap that it's beneficial.
