I always get up at the same time every morning, then wash get dressed and have breakfast if i dont go out of the house for school at the usual time i start to panic and i always walk the same route and meet my friend at a small lane and if shes even slightly late i start to panic thinking she might be hurt or sometimes even killed... V.V stupid i know, i also always have to put my books, pencil case etc in the same order on my desk and i worry about getting fatal illnesses but the thing that worries me most is that i have either thoughts of self-harm or suicide and i have (so far) never managed to drive myself that far, i have once or twice been driven to cut but i tried to stop that. As well as that i get well what i would class as sexually explicit for my age (13) thoughts...it really gets me depressed which is my last point (sorry for babbling on so much...) i feel depressed alot of the time
