I have done it before, and yes it hurt like hell. It is mainly because lubrication is key!!! We did not use lubrication like we were supposed to. But I did it another time with A LOT of lubrication and it wasn't so bad, so I think that the more you do it the better it can get. It was a wierd feeling and I haven't done it in awhile.
