My mom will start gagging if you mention blood, vomit, or public bathrooms.
I can watch someone vomit, take a shit, anything, and it doesn't even phase me. Plus I don't have a gag reflex.
I just realized how happy I was because of that when my mom started gagging when she had to go to the bathroom in Walmart.
