I'm 18 years old and never had this feeling like I do now. I feel like I'm literally insane and very emotional. It started about a week ago, a week before my period. I'm thinking it's PMS but I've never really had PMS like I am right now. Is it probably that, can it just spring on even if you've never had it before? Or is it something else?
