I need help! Is there any way i can get it thrown out? So far i have that the police officer didnt & couldnt see me commiting the act. it wasnt an intersection, only a roundabout... well after the roundabout.. a pedestrian crossing. with no pedestrians coming and it was on a college campus, not on the streets/highways please anyone with law experience or experience with traffic citations help me I cant pay for high insurance i pay for it myself! and im in college!

Well, if it was a campus, I'm guessing that there are cameras. So, it's probably recorded.
You don't have to go to court for it, right? Well, you can take it to court anyways and the likelihood of the officer showing up who gave you the ticket is pretty slim. If he/she doesn't show up, you don't have to pay for the ticket.
