I am somewhat of a hypochondriac. Not to get attention, I just mentally feel things that aren't real. Anyways I've never smoked before, but I've been to a hookah bar twice recently and it's not that entertaining it's just fun to go to. I have smoked twice there. I know it's supposed to be worse than cigarettes, but I've smoked it twice and I don't want to have already hurt myself somehow.

60 minutes of smoking hookah is equivalent of a pack of cigarettes I just found out. I don't plan on smoking it again. But yes it is. It just doesn't have as many carcinogens. It just has the nicotine and some tar.
