Why would they do that?

His ISP can cancel his service.  When you sign up with an ISP, you usually sign a contract that prohibits things like terrorizing forums.  That's kinda harsh though.

The truth is, AC thinks he is the only one that gets joy out of returning.  I get equally as much joy, if not more so, by banning him.
