Eat healthy, but if you are going to exercise everyday, I would say try doing a different exercise each day. This way you aren't stressing the same spot over and over.

Actually it's for health reasons that I want to lose that weight not attractiveness.. I broke my foot in the beginning of July (don't worry I'm cleared to run again) and was told that I am technically morbidly obese and have a 1 in 4 chance of getting diabetes and that if I don't lose weight that my foot will constantly hurt because of the amount of weight and pressure being put on it

Running a mile or two or three everyday is not bad for you. It is GOOD FOR YOU. That answers your question above ^. And you will lose weight if you run everyday. Good luck. :)
