Yea. I like it when they are crispy and brown and salted. Sometimes people undercook them and they're tough and chewy.

I don't get them undercooked, I get them black if anything. And it's even worse, imo. Salt burnt off them. You need the perfect crisp on them, and no crazy mexican spices like I've tried. Tajin is the only one I'd like, but even so, we don't have any, need to get s'more from our Mexican cousin.
