I go on all these different diets, but none of them seem to work. All my mates are smaller than me and go on that they're fat, I'm about 2 sizes biggger than all of them. I feel really unhappy with myself and think that if I could find a diet and stuck to it and lost a bit of weight I'd feel better. I'm a vegatarian and have been for 6 years, but find it hard to find a diet that has no fish or meat in it. Does anyone have any advice on what diet I could go on?
