Okay, so today I didn't wear a bra to school. I have pretty small boobs, so it doesn't really matter if I wear one of not. My left nipple was hurting all day. It looks like bright red, and it looks different from the right nipple. It's very sore and tender to the touch. There's also little bump things right on the nipple. Any ideas?

When I don't wear a bra, my shirt rubs against my nipples. It makes them raw. That is what has happened to you. I would bet money on it.

They're just irritated because you weren't wearing a bra. It'll go away in a day. Just don't go out without wearing a bra again! Especially if you have patterns on your shirt that has cross-stitching over the bust.
