Please Only Respond If You Have Some Knowledge In This

Ok i am thinking about dropping a class, BUT the probably is i think it puts me below the amount and i think it makes me ineligible to live on campus. If i drop a class like 5 weeks in will they still make me live off campus? I really wanna drop this class because i think im going to fail it and i dont really wanna affect my GPA.

It's past the add/drop period, yes?

If that's the case, it will show up on your transcript as a W. It doesn't affect your GPA, but you won't get the credit for it and it will be permanently on your transcript.

You'll probably be forced to live off campus next semester, if you choose not to take another class in its place.

Talk to your advisor, they can help you sort everything out.

You say that they may force me to live off campus unless i take another class next semester to replace it?

You need 24 credits through a whole year. So if you are takinging 15 now and you drop one  you just need to make up for it and hit 24 next semester.

If you're at 15, now, and the course is 3 credit, you'll still have the 12 required to stay in the course/degree program/tuition/scholarships, etc.

Why would it make you ineligible (spelling) to live on campus? As long as you're taking some classes, that's how it works.
