I have horrid insomnia, I never get a good nights rest.

i would recommend over the counter sleep aids..take them a hour and half before you plan on going to bed and dont take them too late or else youll feel realll tired the next morning

Train your brain to go to sleep at a certain time. If I'm really bad about getting to bed (Like I am now.) I listen to Yael Niem, and my brain is signaled to shut down. I never get to the end of the CD.

For the longest time I used reading, but that gets frustrating when you don't want to sleep.
