Try sending it to a new friend. This is not the first time someone has complained about this issue and it won't be the last. When referring a friend to LiveWire, things can get a bit tricky. I don't mean to sound patronising or anything but are you certain that you've typed in the email address correctly? Do your friends have any spam blocker with their email account? The message from LiveWire usually goes into the junk mail folder. Are you sure junk mail is allowed to go through to their inbox? They may have a spam blocker which will block the message from even making it to the junk mail folder. Another thing that you have to be aware of when referring a friend is that you need to ensure that their email address isn't already registered with LiveWire. If it is, then you will not be credited for the referral. The person you refer must not have his/her email address already registered with LiveWire, even if it is a new account. I don't know, I guess I thought I should point that out-just in case that happens.
