Eat a big breakfast it speeds up your metabolism that day and eases your hunger later on in the day..also, do not eat food 2 hours before you go to bed unless its very healthy, studies show that you gain more weight from eating x amount of calories at night than if you eat x amount of calories in the  morning/afternoon/evening

Yeah this is good to do. And it's really good that you want to do this.
Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. There are some good breakfasts that include fibre (breakfast cereals), vitamins and minerals (fresh fruit salad), nutrients (eggs and soldiers), protein and calcium (traditional English breakfast).
Also don't eat anything after 6 at night to give your body time to digest it all before you sleep on it.

Try and cut out any snacks that you eat between meals but if you get too hungry eat something healthy like a banana or apple etc.
A lot of the time your body tells you it's hungry when really it's thirst. Drink more water and pure fruit drinks which should help.

Binge eating is an extremely hard habit to crack, I know from experience trust me. It sounds like you and your mum need to talk about this. If she is getting worried about you it seems like she really cares. Talking to her about your problem with half solve it. She can help you either by encouraging you to stop or even taking you to see your GP. I advise you do tell someone as it is very lonely to eat by yourself.
Do you think you could lose weight with your mum? Again this is something you should ask her, I am sure she will be willing to help.
Good luck, please ask me for anymore help. Cya.

Try and talk to a GP who will refer you to a dietician and would also help you find the main cause of your over eating. Yeah, sure, eating a big breakfast is going to make you less hungry, but it's not going to change the main cause itself. Once you've found what's triggered your binging and overcome the problem, a dietician will able to help you learn how to eat normal again.

Use healthier diets and excercise to help with weight loss. Talk to your mom about good ways to lose weight
