How do you naturally help/cure a urinary track infection.

Can't tell parents (long story)
Can't afford doctors (no healthcare)

Naturally!?

If you have a UTI, you need to go to the doctor, because it can cause serious urinary tract damage. So that's incredibly important.

The best you can do is drink a lot of cranberry juice, but that won't cure it, just help it.

UTIs are not caused solely by sexual activity by any means, if that's why you don't want to tell your parents. It's an infection like one you could get from a cut finger. Or wiping yourself from back to front after urinating. But you need a doctor to determine which bacteria is causing it so the correct treatment can be done.

Cranberry juice may help *prevent* some UTIs depending on the causes but has little credibility as a treatment.

i have had many UTIs - it sucks. i got tired of telling my parents about them, and i got really tired of having to go to the doctor.

drink A LOT!! A LOT!! of WATER. rather than drinking cranberry juice which has a lot of sugar, i would recommend taking cranberry supplements. there are also various bladder/urinary tract health pills and teas you can look into.
i seem to remember drinking corn husk tea, but that might have been something else...? maybe look it up?

good luck
