I am so scared of death. Like I use to be scared of death, then I got over it. But lately I have been thinking alot about dying, and the people around me dying. I hate thinking about it, it makes me sick, but I cant help it. Mainly I think about, what if my Mum died, or one of my sisters, or My Dad or even my boyfreind. When I miss them, I cant just walk out into the loung room and say hey, or just call them up you know? Its like I'll never ever see, hug, touch, kiss, feel or talk to them again & it depresses me so much. Then I think, well make the most of it while they are alive, and then the bad thoughts pop right back into my head, like, what does it matter how much fun you had with that person, because there dead now. Is there any way that I can stop thinking like this?

I know the feeling but as it gets to that time when they do pass away you will regret never living life to the full and spending as much fun with those people. It's a gift to be able to say how much you cared for one person and how much of a great person they were.
