5'4 u say? thats underweight. sorry but you need to gain some weight however at 14 u might have had a growthspurt and your weight couldnt keep up if that happened dont worry and just get your weight up a bit ur not extremley underweight but at least 105lbs is good. but ur gonna get taller meaning ur gonna need to gain more weight. the taller the more u need to way.
