I'm depressed.

Everything has gone terribly wrong.

I'm a junior in highschool, and up until this year my GPA has been like a 3.3. I made a pact to try harder this year to get it to a 3.5 or above for college purposes.

For some reason, I am now  failing all my classes. Despite actually PAYING ATTENTION IN CLASS this year and doing my homework. And trying. Apparently trying makes me fail.

So I am never going to get into the good college I wanted to. There's no way I can raise my failing grades to B's by the time our final report card comes out, in December. Especially not in every class.

My social circle has all but disappeared, since I've been put in classes where I don't have any friends, and little opportunity to make any, unfortunately. (been put in classes with people I kind of know, but don't really like, and vice versa).

Essentially, I have no friends now.

I can't really find comfort at home. My home life has never been great.


Well, I've been praying that somehow, I'll die before I hit rock bottom.

you'll get better at school eventually, just ask the teachers for extra help and keep trying.  as for not having any friends... you'd be surprised how many people go through high school without real friends.  i for one have very few.

not really a simple solution for this im afraid and not being familiar with the american point system i cant really advise on that side of things but on the other half maybe i can help first things first maybe its time to stop for a second and look at ur options just chill out and have a good think, this is not the end of the world many things like this can pile on top of you and cause you to panic especially as it seems you've had no real place to vent ur frustration. have u discussed this with ur subject teachers or school therapist person i believe u have in america ? in my experience they can provide u with support and list a detailed array of options available to you
