There are so many possibilities of why she isn't trying to find you. She doesn't want you, she is scared she will hurt you, or you don't want her, or won't love her, or someone you live with told her she can't see you and got a restraining order, or she is trying to better herself so when she finally goes to find you she can show you how good she has become.
There is too many things that could be the reason. Either you can wait for her to come to you, which is most likely what will happen, or you can try to find her, but if she's moving a lot and you aren't, itd be best to wait for her.
