>.< I feel so stupid asking this but, there is this guy that I'm friends with and we see each other everyday. We spend alot of time together, he is very affectionate, he likes to hug me alot but he also does that with everyone. I just cant tell if he has feelings for me back but i want something to happen so badly that I'm thinking about just outright telling him and seeing how he replies.

I'm really afraid its going to be awkward and kind of mess up our friendship though if it turns out he doesn't also want anything more to happen between us. I would want to tell him in person, but i have no idea how to go about doing that.

Gawd I just don't know what to do... :/

I would but we act like that around eachother anyways. We spend time alone alot, we flirt as sort of a joke and we are very affectionate. I just dont know if he wants more then that..

Fortune favours the bold, but also consider the friendship.
Decide what is more important the friendship or the chance to be something more. It is unlikely that things will get wierd if you tell him, even if he doesnt wanna take things beyond friends but, i'm just asking you to think worst and best case scenarios. Joke, talk to him, maybe hint to him subtly before you tell him. Consider telling his friend to see if he likes you or what he thinks about you specifically.
