What if he says he made plans with all of his friends the entire weekend. I do want him to have his friends-time but also I want him to balance it with me, too and I hear some guys don't balance friends with girlfriends well.

Well if he has plans with them then let him go with them its only a few days on one weekend. If he continues to do it then talk to him about it. The key to a successful relationship is honesty and communication.

Just like call him or text him. Meet up and see where the road takes you. You don't have to do anything in particular. Just hang around. You and him and maybe some friends. I don't see what you'd get annoyed.

We hate each other's friends.  Plus we can't make out around them I mean we could but I hate PDA and he does, also.  Plus, my friends would be P.O.'d at me.

Ok, thats not good. Well, he will need to be able to balance his time with you and his friends and you should do the same.

But, like what I said about arranging to hang out. You can also make arrangements also. There is nothing stopping you do that.
