my parents were and still are really overprotective. i was never allowed to go to parties with boys in it especially in high school! although it was frustrating, i did appreciate their strong efforts since i didnt get involved in all the wrong things. however, it did leave me really naive when i went off to college. and maybe u should sit down and talk to ur parents and really let them know that they can trust u to handle urself responsibly in any situation. also if u do learn early on how to take care of yourself, u will be better prepared for the future.....
