So I found out why we are getting kicked out of the house. -_-" Apparently James' dad talked to his lawyer and they advised him to kick us out because his dad can face up to 30 years in prison because of our age difference.  Such bullshit. I am so annoyed. Both of our families are ok with it, my mom loves him. Not to mention if this was the case he shouldn't have allowed us to move in months ago. He gave us till the end of the week or else he is reporting James for stagatory rape -_-" He is a horrid father, and has killed a man before and lucked out of going to prison.(which is why he is so scared of the law -_-) He never did shit for James, and refuses to talk to his ONLY son about anything. I don't have a problem with moving out I just wish he was a decent person and talked to us about it, and told us he was going to talk to a lawyer and give us a bit more time. 3 years difference. I'm a Junior, he just graduated last year. he is honestly just flipping out for no reason, he likes me but all of a sudden he is scared. it's ridiculous.

Yes, one more year I will be at 17 (I'm a young Junior) so it will be perfectly legal. Plus the reason why he can get charged is mostly for parents to press charges, but no one wants to press charges against him. I mean technically i could marry James right now with my mom's consent and then everything is legal. The only way that is possible is if my PARENT CONSENTS and we have paperwork that says my mom gives James the legal right to have me living with him.
