Exactly. And then they can regulate it and take the money for themselves, instead of drug dealers having it. Though marijuana isn't exactly hardcore...more likely that drug dealers sell heavier stuff anyways. Still, though.
And people wouldn't risk getting bad crop or something that's laced with cocaine or some shit.

i think the reason that they haven't legalized mary jane is because keeping it illegal they can make more money off of it and they keep more black men in jail. the government doesn't care about black people or any people for that matter

weed is hardly ever laced with coke... or any drug similar to that, purely cos, well, who would lace a cheap drug with an expensive drug when they could just sell the coke straight

Dealers who sell both sometimes do it to get you addicted to the more expensive drug... therefor they can sell you that instead.
