I'm getting nervous, I really shouldn't have stopped taking my anxiety medication.

I don't think it's all that hard, actually. Just kind of confusing...
I'm so worried that I can't sleep at night and I'm giving myself killer headaches. I have one now actually...and I've been up since 7:45 but didn't get to sleep until about 3:00.
