That I strongly agree with. Notice the differences between a European Jew, an Arab Jew, an Ethiopian Jew, an Iranian Jew, and a Chinese Jew. They are more or less the same sort of differences between the members of those corresponding regions. They may perhaps have some Semitic blood in them, but you must bear in mind that after nearly 80 to 100 generations or so (80 on the low end, 100 on the high end) since the Jews went into diaspora, they gradually intermixed with the locals surrounding them (it's hardly as if the Christians of Europe, or any other region, never converted to Judaism, and especially true if you look at the wide scale conversion of the Khazars, which had a mixture of Slavic and Turkic inhabitants). Any claims to truly Semitic ancestory is rather exaggurated if you consider just how far removed you are from even your great x4 grandparents (not even mentioning your great x70 - 78 grandparents, who probably did a lot of breeding only within the community over generations, but the community would become more European as the locals kept entering it over time gradually becoming the dominant race within it).

Anyone that thinks they're pure Semitic gets a laugh from me - the Semitic subrace is pretty much extinct, meaning there is, really, no pure form of it. Sadly, the Mediterraneans are suffering the same fate. =(
