Erm, basically, last night I was watching this programme saying how to check your boobs, so I thought I'd give it a try...
I've like noticed I have a kind of ball? in my boobs, but its the same on both sides, is this normal?

if it is symmetrical on both breasts it is probably usual. If the lump itself is symmetrical it is more likely to be something to worry about

In my experienced but sensible view, it doesn't sound all that likely that you have a problem since it is symmetrical on both sides. However just to be sure, you should always see a doctor about these things. You sound like you are safe, so keep it in mind for your next doctors visit.
