Your not stupid. Just try some new methods. Dont cram so much, slow it down, make it into something thats easier to remember

sorry. i wish i could help. it's hard for me to relate, because i have eidetic memory and as such i remember things word for word after i read them. have you tried making pneumonic devices?

Just because you get bad grades on them doesn't make you stupid. You probably just get so nervous come time for te test that you forget the stuff.

If that method doesn't work for you, try something else which will help. Get someone to help you with understanding your concepts first, perhaps. A teacher or a classmate?

or maybe you could try making yourself a podcast with all the information you need on it, and listening to that.
or you could use flashcards.
or you could use post its, and cover them with the information you need. arrange them so that they all fit on one sheet of paper, and that way when you study you have all of the things you need to know right in front of you. that way, you're more likely to remember the visual arrangement and therefore remember the information.

What subjects are you doing badly in? Maths and sciences or humanities? For math and science you need practice to familiarize yourself with the concepts and methods till they become second nature. For the humanities try writing out the paragraphs you want to remember at least once. It helps.
