Technically, yes.

I've flown over it (flying into JFK), and I've driven by it. (Driving to Elizabeth, New Jersey)

But I've never actually been in it. I was planning on going next month for a conference, but it got cancelled.  

It's because my mom despises New York City. When we were driving into New Jersey with the skyline across the water, she was like, "This is as close as we're getting."
