Pain killers are not the answer you should take the pin relievers when your in therapy along with an anti-inflammatory like diclofenac to bring the inflammation down. You must have been told to either exercise to build up muscle or require an operation. To only take the pain meds and not complete the entire therapy program is just plain foolish in my thinking.
