Can someone give me some quick exercises I can do to work my ab and pectoral muscles(Chest, pecs) I would really appreciate it. I already do sit ups and Jackknifes.

this is long but its really helpful if you do this

the key is doing slow controlled reps. im not a pro or even in college yet, but i have a pretty toned body and im only 16

well for abs

try doing really slow enduring crunches, making sure you keep your abs forced in, if u work them out, it will become a muscle gut.

i find lying on the edge of your bed feet flat on the ground so your abs are stretched as you lie down, and do full crunches so that it gives you a nice burn, but very slowly. do about 20

or you can do the rower, which basically u sit on your but, no feet or anything touching the ground. then start moving your arms in a rowing position as if you are holding an oar, making slow deep rotations. go left, right then left. and that is 1

do 100 rower's slowly without touching the ground, start over if your feet touch the ground.

for pecs:

get some cheap weights, or go to the gym, do pushups in a fashion where you feel a slight burn in your pecs.

or get a bench, depending on your strength get about 185 lbs and do about 20 reps, slowly. then go to incline and do the same but only about 15 reps

MOST IMPORTANTLY

run alot, and dont drink alot of water, that way you loose the water weight all over your body giving it a nice overall tone. plus it sheds alot of fat and water weight from your abs and pecs

i hope this helped
