I told you: They celebrate it differently here. They speak Spanish, yes, but they do that all the time so it's no difference.
It's pretty much, at school, we have to read books by Hispanic authors, we have to go listen to Spanish music, we have to learn about a few people who had some sort of influence on America, we have to eat Latin American food (that's what they serve at lunch, even more commonly than the other months), we have to read about the history of a lot of Latin American countries, ect ect ect. It doesn't end.

It's pretty much an excuse for them to be proud of their heritage (yet I can't). And, if you didn't know, all other Latin Americans claim Puerto Ricans think they're better than other Latin Americans. Hm....

No, it doesn't have a changing definition. The world knows what White is, and I know that I am White. Only an idiot thinks that the definition changes or doesn't know what White is.
Anglo-saxon: more objective, relatively well-defined, specific to a culture and ethnic group.
Anglo-Saxons are consiting of three distinct Germanic tribes. Whites consist of the tribes of people migrating from the Black Sea Region.
white =/= anglo-saxon.
