That's not how they celebrate Hispanic month here. And, again, people from Spain don't consider themselves Hispanic as it would hint at Latin American, not White(Which they usually consider themselves). How do Negroes celebrate their month, and how do Hispanics celebrate their month. Answer THIS, and you will partially have your answer.
