firstly, 115 is NOT fat (unless you are a midget). Also for anyone who is fat and wants to lose weight, the trick is to eat less, more often. Eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day. This speeds up your metabolsm and also means that your body does not have to store fat, because it is getting a regular source of energy.

To be considered even a tad bit over weight you would have to be 4 feet 8 inches. On top of the eating smaller portions part of things how many calories you eat helps too, cutting them isnt the way to go. A glass a milk or two a day helps as well, low fat but there needs to be some fat in it.
