Anyone here have SAD(Seasonally Affected Disorder)

I don't but my mood changes in the winter months, I mean I find it hard to smile when it's dark for 70percent of the day and it's cold and fucking depressing weather.

Last year I was in a bad way during the winter months regardless of the weather, I hope I'm not the same this year.

I'm mentioning winter because here in Ireland, it's like we don't get autumn/fall, we just go straight into winter in October.
I fucking hate these months!!!

yes. i'm the same way. almost every winter. once i got so out of my mind in the summer though. i hate winter.

Not much of a fan of winter either,its getting bloody cold already.Where abouts in Ireland r u (nothing specific)i live Ireland 2 North of Dublin.You could get 1 of those lights to replace the sunshine that we dnt get anymore,hope that helps

Not really, but this shit weather gets me...not depressed...but just annoyed i suppose.
It hasn't stopped raining here the last few days. So if you even bother going outside, you get soaked and feel even worse!
